PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure more the noise margin of a reference voltage in an input circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a pad 14 to input a reference voltage Vref, an input circuit 13, a resistor element R1 connected between the input terminal of the input circuit 13 and the pad 14, a capacitor element C1 connected between the input terminal of the input circuit 13 and a power supply VDD in a semiconductor chip 11a, and a capacitor element C2 connected between the input terminal of the input circuit 13 and a ground VSS in a semiconductor chip 11a.
