PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route search method capable of exactly searching a recommended route, a route searching method, a route searching system, a navigation system and a statistical processing server. SOLUTION: The navigation system 1 sets a distance range which a vehicle arrives within a predetermined time in response to each mesh and each time zone, by employing a slice width a DB 30 storing slice with data, and respectively sets each circle area with a ring shape around a current vehicle position in time series, taking into consideration the present time as the standard. Based on the traffic condition for each mesh and for each time zone, the recommended route from the present vehicle position to a destination is searched, by employing a traffic DB 35 which stores traffic data produced with respect to each link inside each circular area, and by employing the traffic data of the time zone corresponding to each circular area.
