<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Shao-mai dumpling forming machine capable of simply forming a columnar Shao-mai dumpling. <P>SOLUTION: This Shao-mai dumpling forming machine is so constituted that a bottom is provided in one end, a cylindrical object formed by vertically dividing the side of the other end into a plurality of pieces is provided with a function of radially opening the side face vertically divided into the plurality of pieces around the bottom and closing it into the original cylindrical shape, an inner ring coming into contact with the side face of the cylindrical object is passed through the cylindrical object, and a handle is attached to the bottom.
