<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give assistance of transaction operation to a user unaccustomed to ATM operation. <P>SOLUTION: A support center for supporting the operation of the user who uses an ATM has a file part which stores at least information on the user, and an assist information control part referring to the file part based on the medium information of the user transmitted from the ATM, and determining whether support to the user's transaction operation is necessary or not. When the assist information control part determines the necessity of the user's support, a screen for selecting the necessity of support is displayed on a display part of the ATM.
