<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve advertising effect improvement measures heretofore carried out only between an advertising sponsor enterprise and a user, by the mediation of a mobile communication entrepreneur such as a cellphone entrepreneur and to further improve an advertising effect. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement providing service control device operated by the mobile communication entrepreneur comprises a means for receiving an encrypting advertisement code corresponding to a two-dimensional code acquired from an advertisement with the two-dimensional code provided by the sponsor enterprise, from a mobile communication terminal used by the user; a means for determining the validity of the received encrypting advertisement code by collation with stored information; and a means for computing an amount equivalent to a discount for the user according to the frequency of advertisement acquisition and computing a commission to the sponsor enterprise when the encrypting advertisement code is valid. The encrypting advertisement code is included in the unreproducible form of sponsor enterprise identification information, advertised merchandise identification information and advertising medium identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
