IMAGE RECORD REPRODUCING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read the information or the like of an image signal extracted by a motion information and an image signal analyzing means used in a MPEG2 codec prior to an encoding processing at recording a down-conversion of a HD broadcasting, and to reproduce details of the image by applying an image adjusting processing according to the motion information and an image information.

SOLUTION: When the HD broadcasting is down-converted and the image is recorded in a recording medium of an optical disk or the like, an image record reproducing apparatus outputs an image motion detecting information at encoding the MPEG2 from the inside of the MPEG2 codec 104 and achieves an image correction suiting to a state of the image motion by controlling an image adjustment in an image adjusting circuit 103 based on this signal. Additionally, a down-conversion processing according to these image informations is achieved by conducting the image signal analysis and a program information identification, and the correction of the information damaged in the down-conversion is realized.
