An assembly structure of an electric heater for vehicle is provided to prevent a heat radiating fin from being separated from its position by combining a housing with an end holder by a hook and providing a fin guide plate inside a frame. An assembly structure of an electric heater for vehicle includes a plurality of heat radiating members constituted of plural heat radiating fins(11) and plural heat radiating fin supporting plates covering the plural heat radiating fins respectively, a plurality of heat generating members including, insulating guide plates arranged between the heat radiating members and having a plurality of through-holes, an electrode plate located at one side surface of the guide plate, a plurality of PTC devices inserted into the through-holes so that its one side surface is connected to one inner surface of a flat tube and the other side surface is contacted to one side surface of the electrode plate, and an insulating film arranged between the other side surface of the electrode plate and the other side surface of the flat tube, and generating heat by an external power supply, a heater assay formed by fixing the heat radiating members to the heat generating members by a hot-melt adhesive, a common terminal plate having a base, a rivet and a negative(-) terminal, a housing(40) fixed to the common terminal plate and a positive(+) terminal plate by insertion, a frame(30) whose one side surface is fixed to the housing and the other side surface is fixed to an end holder(50), and a fin guide plate(31) connected to the inside of the frame by welding or riveting, thereby preventing the fin from being separated from its position.
