An external mining panel for construction is provided to improve the workability by simply dissembling or assembling a lower frame, a support frame and an upper frame with a transparent plate interposed therebetween. An external mining panel with construction comprises a pair of sandwich panel(10), a transparent plate(15), an upper frame(20), a lower frame(30), and a support frame(40). The upper frame is composed of a covering unit covering the upper part of an insertion unit, and an upper horizontal unit extended from the covering unit and having a lower surface attached to the upper surface of the transparent plate, and an assembly projection of tubular type vertically projected on the lower part of the upper horizontal unit. The lower frame includes a lower horizontal unit corresponding to the upper horizontal unit to be opposed to the upper frame with the transparent panel interposed therebetween, an assembly groove unit inserted in the assembly projection at one side of the lower horizontal unit, and a vertical unit extended vertically to from the assembly groove unit and contacted with the vertical side surface of the insertion unit. The support frame has a horizontal support unit contacted with the lower surface of the sandwich panel, a combined groove unit molded with a flange unit, and a vertical support unit vertically extended from the combined groove unit and mounted on the vertical unit.
