<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a piezoelectric actuator or increase the density of an electrode without losing the continuity between the electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 42A-42F for relaying for connecting individual surface electrodes 38A-38E to individual internal electrodes 36A-36E are arranged between a plurality of ceramics sheets 31, 34 between the individual surface electrodes 38A-38E and the individual internal electrodes 36A-36E. The electrodes 42A, 42B, 42E, 42F for relaying comprise: straight line sections 42Aa, 42Ba, 42Ea, 42Fa that oppose the individual surface electrodes 38A-38E in a lamination direction and are connected to the individual surface electrodes 38A-38E; rectangular sections 42Ab, 42Bb, 42Eb, 42Fb that oppose continuity sections 36Ab, 36Bb, 36Db, 36Eb of the individual internal electrodes 36A, 36B, 36D, 36E in a lamination direction, are connected to the individual internal electrodes 36A, 36B, 36D, 36E and are arranged while being shifted by a half pitch to each straight line section in the arrangement direction of the straight line section; and bent sections 42Ac, 42Bc, 42Ec, 42Fc for connecting the continuity sections 42Ab, 42Bb, 42Eb, 42Fb to the straight line sections 42Aa, 42Ba, 42Ea, 42Fa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
