PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device for a die, which efficiently heats the die by reducing a load on a worker by easily executing attachment/detachment to/from the die, and usable for dies having various shapes. SOLUTION: This induction heating device for a die is provided with: a water-cooled coil 32 arrangeable between one-side die 62 and the other-side die 64 opened in the die 61, and composed by winding, in a flat shape, a pipe for running cooling water in its inside; an operation unit 50 composed by integrally arranging a power source part 38 carrying a high-frequency current to the water-cooled coil 32, a circulation pump 34 circulating the cooling water between the water-cooled coil 32 and itself, a radiator 41 for cooling the cooling water having returned from the water-cooled coil 32, and a cooling water tank 45 storing the cooling water; a power feed cable 44 supplying the high-frequency current to the water-cooled coil 32 from the power source part 38; a water feed tube 35 circulating the cooling water between the operation unit 50 and the water-cooled coil 32; and a flexible tube 52 storing the power feed cable 44 and the water feed tube 35 in its inside.
