PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage in strength of a connector by eliminating a connection terminal of the connector even when a pitch between ultrafine coaxial cables of an ultrafine coaxial cable harness is narrow. SOLUTION: The ultrafine coaxial cable harness has a plurality of ultrafine coaxial cables 2, respectively, in which an insulating layer 8, a shield layer 9, and a coating layer 10 are successively provided on the outer periphery of a core wire 7 made of a conductor, a core wire alignment plate 3, which has a surface 11 formed with each core wire storage groove 12 for holding an exposed part 7a of each core wire 7, exposed from each of a plurality of the ultrafine coaxial cables 2, in an aligned state, and an anisotropic conductive sheet 4 stuck onto the surface 11 of the core wire alignment plate 3. The anisotropic conductive sheet 4 has conductivity and elasticity in a sheet thickness direction and insulation properties in a direction parallel to the sheet.
