PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and the like for easy estimation provision and sale to a user, as to automobile insurance wherein safe driving aptitude having a feature excellent as a determination element for premium and discount rates of an automobile nonlife insurance premium because of high correlation with an accident rate and wherein evaluation of the safe driving aptitude is applied as the determination element for the premium and discount rates of the premium. SOLUTION: Automobile driving simulation is provided in a user terminal, a driving operation in the automobile driving simulation executed by a user is evaluated based on a prescribed reference to calculate the evaluation of the safe driving aptitude, an input of an agreement offering data for indicating an insurance agreement content is received, the premium is calculated based on the evaluation of the safe driving aptitude and the agreement offering data, and the premium is displayed on the user terminal connected by a server and the Internet. A request for approval processing for insurance agreement settlement from the user is received from the user terminal, and the request for the approval processing is transmitted to a computer of a financial agency through A network, based on the settlement request. |
