PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic noises generated by a power supply unit and transmitted by way of a power cable. SOLUTION: A motor system includes a motor 11 located inside a reactor containment vessel 1, the power supply unit 17 outside the reactor containment vessel 1 and the power cable 13 penetrating a through-hole 15 of the reactor containment vessel 1 to connect the motor 11 and the power supply unit 17 and is equipped with a dedicated return wire 14 laid through the through-hole 15 in parallel in the vicinity of a cable conductor of the power cable 13 to connect the cabinet 12 of the motor 11 and the earth terminal of the power supply unit 17, and the cabinet 12 of the motor 11 and the earth terminal of the power supply unit 17 connected to the dedicated return wire 14 are grounded at a point of a building earth trunk line 18. Moreover, a common mode choke coil 21 is provided which blocks common mode currents both of the power cable 13 and of the dedicated return wire 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
