EDDY CURRENT FLAW DETECTION PROBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detection probe hard to cause disconnection against the bending or twist of a flexible board. SOLUTION: The eddy current flaw detection probe has a plurality of the coils 2 fixed to the flexible board 1 and a connection part 3 for connecting the wiring of the flexible board 1 to separate wiring. The wiring of the flexible board 1 is composed of a plurality of wires 8a and 8b arranged to a strand of each of the coils and a short circuit wire 9 for connecting a plurality of the wires 8a and 8b. The flexible board has a curvature so that its width on the side of the connection part becomes wider than the width of the flexible board of the coil arranging part. A wedgelike insulating material 15 is attached on the side of the connection part for connecting the wiring of the flexible board 1 to separate wiring. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
