A breeding method of Lilii Bulbus timber is provided to reduce remarkably income of seed from foreign country for producing seedling of the Lilii Bulbus timber by propagating the Lilii Bulbus timber. A breeding method of Lilii Bulbus timber comprises steps of: cultivating Lilii Bulbus timber unripe seed and inducing embryonic development organization; putting the induced Lilii Bulbus timber embryonic development organization into a culture medium in which sucrose 20g/L, gelrite 0.4%, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-D 2mg/L, benzyl adenine 0.25mg/L, L-glutamine 250mg/L and casamino acid 250mg/L are additionally added and proliferating the induced embryonic development organization; cultivating the proliferated Lilii Bulbus timber embryonic development organization 4~6mg into the culture medium in which sucrose 30~50g/L, gel light 0.3~0.5% and casamino acids 500mg/L are added on filter paper at 22~25°C for 7~9 weeks, germinating induced somatic embryo and differentiating it as plant body.
