FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma technology of nano-dispersed powder receiving. Method of receiving of nano-dispersed powder of alumina is implemented by oxidation of powdery elemental aluminium by oxygen in conditions of low-temperature plasma in presence of mist spray, in the capacity of which it is used water or aqueous solution of nitro-acid aluminium. Additionally liquid is sprayed at least by three streams on-the-mitre 1530 to driving direction of formed stream of low-temperature plasma, thermal current rate of which is from 2.0 till 3.5 kW ù hour per kg of sprayed liquid. Ratio of liquid mass to low-temperature plasma mass is from 1.2 till 3.0 kg/kg.
