PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water transportation means for greening of a building roof or a wall surface, capable of reducing the energy cost and the carbon dioxide gas generation amount. SOLUTION: The water transportation means is provided for greening of a building roof or a wall surface with little generation of carbon dioxide gas by less energy consumption by utilizing lift of the air.
