PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance and durability of a vane by improving adhesion of a high-hardness coating layer at a tip end portion of the vane in a vane pump. SOLUTION: In the vane pump 10, a high-hardness main coating layer C is provided on a tip end portion of each vane 17, and an intermediate coating layer B having an intermediate hardness between a hardness of a base material A of the vane 17 and a hardness of the main coating layer C is provided between the base material A of the vane 17 and the main coating layer C.
