PURPOSE: A functional mouse pad is provided to discharge static electricity of a computer user to the air through a hand contacting on a mouse pad. CONSTITUTION: One of the following synthetic resins, PVC, PU, PET, and PE is mixed with a mixed solution in the weight ratio of 100:3 to 100:6. The mixed solution is made of antistatic agent 60weight%, electromagnetic wave absorber 30weight%, and sterilization drug 10weight%. The mixture of the synthetic resin and the mixed solution is heated by the temperature of 160~220°C. The heated synthetic resin is injected and extruded to form a transparent pad layer(10). A printing layer(11) is formed by printing an advertisement image on the back side of the transparent pad layer. A slipping preventing layer(12) prevents slipping on a floor. |
