A defogging device of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent degradation of amenity according to air volume reduction by preventing a discharge airflow reduction phenomenon. A defogging device of an air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a mode detecting unit(30) and a controller(40). The mode detecting unit detects whether an air discharge mode is a vent mode or a bi-level mode. The controller maintains delivery airflow of the vent mode or the bi-level mode. The controller increase authorized voltage of a lower(8) before authorizing a defogging mode signal. The controller includes a comparison part(42) and a control part(44). The control part controls an intake door(5) and a defrost door according to an outputted defogging mode signal.
