<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent finished states from becoming ununiform due to the level of operators' skill or the difference in the characteristics of devices used, when operators paint by spraying paint on walls. <P>SOLUTION: A painting method in which an operator sprays the paint on a wall surface W<SB POS="POST">F</SB>using a spray gun G having a paint jetting nozzle G<SB POS="POST">J</SB>includes a jetting width-setting step to set a pattern opening P of the spray gun G at a specific value, a jetting amount-setting step to set the amount of jetting from the spray gun G per unit time within a specific range based on the result of an actual measurement prior to the spray painting on the wall surface W<SB POS="POST">F</SB>, and a spray painting step to spray-paint the wall surface W<SB POS="POST">F</SB>by continuously reciprocating the spray gun G in the lateral direction in a specific cycle and simultaneously moving the spray gun G in the longitudinal direction, while keeping the distance from the spray gun G to the wall surface W<SB POS="POST">F</SB>constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
