FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionery composition comprising fat system. Confectionery composition comprising fat system, wherein the composition comprises an edible shell with the filling inside, and the fat is in the filling system, wherein the solid fat content (SFC) in the filling is from 35 to 65 % at a temperature of 0 °C and 1 to 8 % at 30 °C, wherein the filling is air-filled, having a density of 0.7 to 1.0 g/cmand a water activity of less than 0.3 at a temperature of 25 °C.
