Disclosed are a method of manufacturing connectors and connectors produced by the method. The method of manufacturing connectors having cable combining parts where cables and a flange part which is combined to a housing are combined comprises: (a) a step of molding an iron plate which is to be inserted into the flange part; (b) a step of fixating the iron plate on an injection mold; (c) a step of injecting an aluminum melting solution into the injection mold; (d) and a step of clotting the aluminum melting solution. Additionally, the iron plate is fixated apart from the bottom part of the injection mold, and the shape of the iron plate is based on the shape of the flange part and is smaller than the flange part. By using the disclosed method, connectors can be manufactured at a lower cost through simplified processed while minimizing the distortion which may be caused when the connectors are combined to a housing while being manufactured by injection molding.
