Provided is an apparatus to measure thermal performance which is capable of accurately measure thermal performance without an error by having a uniform strength of pressurizing a force being uniformly in surface-contact with a sample when a heater providing heat for thermal performance measurement is delivered by air provided from an air injection, measuring a change in temperature value in accordance with time of the sample and the degree of thermal dispersion of the entire sample, and accurately measuring a bendable sample by clamping the sample between an upper plate and a lower plate. A stage to which the sample is fixated is divided into an upper plate and a lower plate. The apparatus to measure thermal performance comprises: a chamber which is airtight; a stage provided in the chamber, fixating a sample measuring its thermal performance; a heat measuring means arranged on the stage, measuring a temperature or thermal image of the sample emitting heat; and a heating means arranged under the stage, measuring the thermal performance of the sample.
