PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system capable of actualizing a peak shift more suitably than before by individually controlling when electronic equipment saves electric power.SOLUTION: A process that a CPU of a power management system 100A executes include: a step (2) of receiving power saving time when a power-saving operation can be continued with power supply suppressed from each of refrigerators 70A-70C; a step (4) of planning timings when the refrigerators 70A-70C start power-saving operations respectively so that time zones in which the power-saving operations are performed are dispersed in a peak time zone in which it is predicted that power consumption in a management object area exceeds predetermined power consumption based upon the peak time zone and the power saving time; and a step (5) of causing the refrigerators 70A-70C to start the power-saving operations based upon the planned timings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
