PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in distortion compensation performance even when a phase variation of an input signal is small.SOLUTION: A distortion compensation device comprises a storage unit, a first generation unit, a second generation unit, and a distortion compensation unit. The storage unit stores a distortion compensation coefficient for compensating for distortion at an amplification unit for amplifying an input signal, in association with a combination of a plurality of addresses. The first generation unit generates a first address depending on the input signal's power or amplitude. The second generation unit generates a second address corresponding to a vector between sample points on an IQ plane on which sample points of the input signal are drawn in time series. The distortion compensation unit acquires a distortion compensation coefficient corresponding to a combination of the first and second addresses from the storage unit, and performs pre-distortion processing on the input signal by using the acquired distortion compensation coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
