The present invention relates to a method for preparing a natural seasoning, capable of improving the richness and depth of a flavor. The method comprises the following steps: selecting any one or more materials from vegetables and mushrooms, meats, poultry, seaweeds, shellfishes, and fishes; dividing the selected materials into raw materials and materials for steaming; separately washing the raw materials and materials for steaming; if the selected material is a raw material, removing moisture from the selected material and drying in a hot-air drier at 40°C for 24 hours; placing the dried raw material in a desiccator for 24 hours to induce the moisture balance, and pulverizing the same using a pulverizer; if the selected material is a material for steaming, heat-treating the selected material in a steamer for 15 minutes, and drying the same at 40°C for 24 hours; placing the dried material for steaming in a desiccator for 24 hours to induce the moisture balance, and pulverizing the same using a pulverizer; and mixing two or more of the pulverized materials for raw stuff or steaming to prepare natural seasoning. |
