The present invention relates to a method for preparing sugar free citron peel tea using peel remaining after extracting juice of a citron, and sugar free citron peel tea prepared thereby. According to the present invention, the citron peel tea can be more efficiently prepared not using a sugaring method which had been used in a conventional citron teat preparing method, but using citron peel, a byproduct generated in a citron juice preparing method. In addition, 100% of a byproduct of citron peel can be used through a continuous pretreatment process of washing and dewatering citron peel; a user can take a functional ingredient such as naringin, hesperidin, and the like; the citron peel tea can be mass-produced and variously consumed through improvement of a packaging method so as to allow more people to easily enjoy; and the citron peel tea can become competitive food. |
