A door hinge connection structure for a vehicle is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the door hinge connection structure for a vehicle where an upper door hinge and a lower door hinge are vertically installed in a side surface unit of a door inner panel, enables a reinforcement panel to be disposed in a front side surface unit of the door inner panel to be fastened with the door inner panel through each hinge bolt of the upper door hinge and the lower door hinge.
