PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-matrix display device that can correct a threshold and has a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: In a circuit shown in Fig. 1, a pulse is input into a first gate signal line 101 and a second gate signal line 102 in accordance with a timing chart shown in Fig. 3, and transistors in the circuit are turned on and off. As a result, a potential difference between a third node N3 and a second node N2 is not determined by a threshold of a fourth transistor 112, but is determined only by a potential Vof a data line 103 and a potential Vof second wiring 105.
