The present invention relates to a node unit branch connected to another communication node through a transport medium. The node unit comprises: a delay measuring part for transmitting test signals for measuring delay to an adjacent node unit at the upper end and for extracting loop back signals, which are the test signals returned through the adjacent node unit at the upper end to measure transmission delay between adjacent nodes at the upper end; and a delay providing part, arranged on a pathway where the test signals for measuring delay which will be transmitted from an adjacent node unit at the lower end are transmitted to the adjacent node unit at the lower end after loop back, for providing a delay as much as transmission delay measured by the delay measuring part.
