The present invention relates to a position changing device for a loading member of a loading instrument and an electric carrier having the same. The electric carrier comprises: a position changing device which has a rotating unit installed to rotate a loading member through a shaft, and a height adjusting unit for adjusting the height of the position changeable device; a loading instrument in which the position changing device is installed; and a power device which is installed to move the loading instrument, wherein the loading member is a basket for storing goods or a seat for a person. Therefore, the present invention adjusts the height and angle of the loading member when necessary. |
