The present invention relates to a mobile ticket security system based on location information and a terminal identification number, capable of preventing a mobile ticket from being used after copied by checking usage of the mobile ticket using a payment card number and of determining a usage area based on location information, and a method for the same. The mobile ticket security system includes: a mobile phone; an authentication terminal on which a QR code reader (or a barcode reader) is mounted; and a service server performing a service by being connected to the authentication terminal in a wire or wireless network. The mobile phone includes a code generator generating the QR code or the barcode which is encoded based on the position information, payment card information, a time value, and a mobile phone identification number (ID). The authentication terminal decodes the code when a user displays the code on the mobile phone and tags the code to pay and decodes the mobile phone ID, the time value, the payment card information, and the position information included in the decoded code. The authentication terminal authorizes the mobile phone based on the decoded mobile phone ID, the time value, the payment card information, and the position information and transmits the decoded mobile phone ID and sale information of the authentication terminal to the service server when the mobile terminal is authorized. |
