A device for preventing electrical leakage even in flooding is provided. A terminal polarity fixing portion is disposed between input and output terminal portions, and regardless of how pairing input terminals with a phase voltage terminal and a neutral point terminal of an outlet for AC power source, always, the first and second output terminals are connected to the neutral point terminal and the phase voltage terminal electrically respectively. First and second connection terminals of a terminal block connect the first and second output terminal to the load. A leakage-preventing conductor is connected to the first connection terminal connected to the neutral point, but is not connected to the second connection terminal, and is disposed around the second connection terminal enclosing at least one of at least a part of a side, a top, or a side and a top of the terminal block. While the terminal block is flooded, the current from the second connection terminal flows into the leakage-preventing conductor through the water, not flowing elsewhere enough to cause electrical shock. |
