The upper includes a top opening 30 and a foot insertion opening 50. The foot insertion opening side of the upper, is formed with an operation portion for closing or opening the foot insertion opening, and has a biasing portion. The biasing portion is configured such that an biasing force is applied in a direction in which the operation portion is moved to open the foot insertion opening being closed. |
