PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat equipped with an airbag module, in which a mounting member for mounting a stay cloth to a seat back frame is positioned in a vertical direction with respect to a seat back frame side.SOLUTION: There is provided a seat equipped with an airbag module, which includes a side frame 10 extending along a side portion of the seat, the airbag module mounted to the side frame 10, a trim cover of the seat, and a cloth-like body mounted to the trim cover. The cloth-like body has a connection part connected to one end of the cloth-like body and a groove locked to an end of the side frame 10, and when the end of the side frame 10 is locked in the groove, a mounting member 50 connecting the cloth-like body and the side frame 10 is connected to the cloth-like body. At least one of the side frame 10 and mounting member 50 is provided with a position restriction part which restricts a movement of the mounting member along a vertical direction of the side frame 10. |
