PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an semiconductor memory device which does not depend on the structure or the writing voltage, easily decreasing the tip area for the memory part, and realizing the cost reduction of LSI by utilizing peripheral logic circuit, and apparently memorizing a plurality of bits per one memory cell. SOLUTION: This device comprises the data input means, data output means 112, memory cell array 100 which consists of a plurality of memory cells, the data detecting for segmentation means 109 which detects a part of the data input from data input means and data write means 103, 104 and 110 to write the write data which is other than the part of the input data into the memory cell array according to the contents of the data detecting means for segmentation. |
