摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to avoid occurrence of permanent deformation while a compression modulus being close to a bone is kept by constituting the title member of an accumulated body prepd. by compression-molding a metal wire into a required shape with a specified compression modulus or smaller. CONSTITUTION:For manufacturing a porous bio-prosthetic member, the compression modulus is made at most 2,100MPa by applying a compressive stress of at most 0.4MP. In addition, to a compressive stress which is at most this compression yielding, an approximately complete elasticity with a permanent deformation rate of at most 0.1% is exhibited. Therefore, even if this is used at a position for high compression loading such as a human lumber vertebrae, permanent deformation hardly occurs. In addition, the compression modulus can be made at most 2,000MPa and when it is implanted in a living body, stress transmission to a bone is good and it acts effectively on the inner growth of the bone into holes and there is no possibility that absorption of a bone around the prosthetic member generated by stress shielding which is seen in a bio-prosthetic material is generated.
