PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing flour pastes, which can produce flour pastes having good qualities while suppressing occurrence of browning, and to provide a heating apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing flour pastes 24 by using a heating apparatus 14 having a first steam heating part 32A, a second steam heating part 32B, and a third steam heating part 32C disposed in series and having connection pipes 44A and 44B disposed, comprising the steps of: feeding a flour paste raw material composition 22 from a composition distribution duct 41A to a composition distribution duct 41C; heating the flour paste raw material composition 22 with first steam 31A, second steam 31B, and third steam 31C while transferring the same from the composition distribution duct 41A into the composition distribution duct 41C; and gelatinizing the flour paste raw material composition 22 by setting a temperature of the flour paste raw material composition 22 passing through the third steam heating part 32C higher than the temperature of the flour paste raw material composition 22 passing through the first steam heating part 32A. |
