PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the charged state of a secondary battery even when an accurate detection result of a charge/discharge current is not obtained.SOLUTION: In a battery controller 200, a current estimation unit 202 determines an estimated value Iof the charge/discharge current of each of battery cells, on the basis of a temperature detection value T from a temperature sensor 30 and a voltage detection value V from a voltage sensor 40. On the basis of the current estimated value Iand a current detection value Ifrom a current sensor 20, a current arithmetic unit 203 determines a charge/discharge current value Iof each of the battery cells. On the basis of the thus obtained charge/discharge current value I, a SOC estimation unit 204 estimates the SOC of each of the battery cells. |
