<p>PURPOSE:To provide method and device for manufacturing a lining pipe equipped with a flange excellent in the bond durability, with which the manufacturing processes are simplified, good manufacturing efficiency is presented, and the resin lining layer can be adhered from the inner surface of a straight pipe portion to the surface of a flange with a uniform bonding force without dispersion. CONSTITUTION:A nut 15 is fastened, and a rod 13 is pulled up, and the diameter of heat resistant rubber 124c of a sealed diametric enlarged part 124 is enlarged to a certain extent, and the end part of a plastic pipe 3 is sealed from the inside. This plastic resin pipe 3 is heated. Through the rod 13, pressure gas is fed by pressure into an enclosed space in the pipe 3, and its diameter other than its end part is enlarged to generate pressure attachment to the inner surface of a straight portion 21 of a metal pipe 2 equipped with a flange. The diameter of the heat resistant rubber 124c is enlarged forcedly so that the foremost of the end part of the plastic pipe 3 is pushed wider into a trumpet form. The diameter of heat insulative rubber 124 at the sealed diametric enlarged part is contracted, and the diametric enlarged part at the tip of the pipe 3 is attached by pressure to the flange surface of the metal pipe 2 through the action of a pressing part 123.</p> |
