PURPOSE:To speedily recover position information as to all mobile equipments when position information of a database is damaged due to a system fault or the like. CONSTITUTION:The mobile body exchange system is a system provided with an exchange station 1, plural base stations 3, plural mobile equipments 4 being radio telephone terminal equipments and a database 5 storing position information representing the presence location of the mobile equipments 4, the exchange station 1 revises the position information in response to a request signal from a mobile equipment 4 and gives a command to a base station 3 controlling a zone 2 corresponding to the position information as to the mobile equipment 4 when a call connection request 6 to the mobile equipment 4 comes to allow a call to reach the mobile equipment 4. When the position information is destroyed due to a system fault or the like, the exchange station 1 commands the transmission of a command signal 7 urging the mobile equipment 4 to send a request signal 8 to all the base stations 3 and recovers the position information based on the request signal 8 from the mobile equipment 4 in reply with the command. |
