PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of winders and improve work efficiency by controlling the situation of failure occurrence of many winders, in a contralijed manner and taking the statistics, corelating the conditions of each kind of operation of a winder with each other, and judging the cause of failure of each winder and adjustment items. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for centralized winder control is composed of many and multikind windings, communication circuits 5, 6, and 7 connecting controllers 2, 3, and 4 for several winders with each other, interface 8 for coupling these communication circuits, and a winder centralized control section 1. Each winder, each time a failure occurs, edits the winding numbers, the type of the winder, the parameters of operational conditions, the time of occurrence, of the failure, and the place of failure as one data, and send it to a centralized control section 1. The centralized control section 1 statistically process the data sent from each winder, corelating it with the operational conditions of each winder, and judges the failure cause of each winder and the adjustment items, taking the influence on winding of each operational condition into consideration. |
