PURPOSE:To provide a compact chip supply device which occupies small installation space. CONSTITUTION:A standby stage B and a recovery stage C are provided linearly on both sides of an in and out stage A to a pick-up stage Q. Also, the movement of a holder H from the standby stage B to the in and out stage A and from the in and out stage A to the recovery stage C is done in a batch. Consequently, it is possible to make a chip supply device compact because the installation space is small. |
