PURPOSE:To obtain a curable coating resin compsn. which gives a smooth coating film excellent in transparency, ahdesiveness, and resistances to moisture, chemicals, heat, and scratch by compounding two specific acrylic copolymers. CONSTITUTION:A coating resin compsn. contains a copolymer resin obtd. by copolymerizing a monomer mixture contg. an N-substd. maleimide and glycidyl (meth)acrylate and a copolymer resin obtd. by copolymerizing a monomer mixture contg. an N-substd. maleimide and (meth)acrylic acid. The compsn. gives a smooth coating film excellent in transparency, adhesiveness and resistances to moisture, chemicals, heat, and scratch and is suitably used as a resin compsn. for protecting a color filter. |
