PURPOSE:To have both corrosion resistance and noise prevention efficiency, to use a steel staircase as an outdoor staircase, to make it possible to maintain a longer durable period and to improve peripheral environment for the steel staircase formed of single-layer steel plate treadboards welded to a steel cut string as welded one-piece construction. CONSTITUTION:Checkered steel plate treadboards (3) are welded to a steel cut string (2) to assemble them as a welded one piece staircase structural body, and after that, it is immersed in a fused zinc tank, what is called 'dip zincing'. Nonconstraining type vibration controlling steel plates (4) formed by applying viscous resin (4b) on one side of a melt galvanized sheet iron (4a) is stuck on the rear of a tread section (3a) of each of the treadboards (3) in a staircase body (1) by making the viscous resin (4b) side adhere thereto. |
