Pyrimido 4,5-d pyrimidine of formula (I): where R = Me or Et; X = OH, 1-8C (pref. 1-4) alkoxy, opt. C1 or Br substd. phenoxy, 1-8 (pref. 1-4)C alkylmercapto, benzylmercapto opt. C1-substd. in the phenyl ring, dialkylamino-alkoxy or dialkylamino-alkylamino with =8C, 1-4C alkylamino, 1-8C bialkylamino, furfurylamino, 4-5C alkyleneimino, (chlor)anilino, N-methylanilino, azido, guanido dicarbalkoxymethyl with 1-3C in the ester group or carbalkoxy-cyanmethyl with 1-3C in the ester group , are prepd. by reacting cpd. of formula (II): with ammonia in aqs. or alcoholic medium at 20-50 degrees. (I) Posses good diuretic properties for Na and K ions. |
