PURPOSE: To provide a system for automatically or semiautomatically monitoring and ordering the consumption articles for copy machine. CONSTITUTION: A copy machine 10 is provided with a stock article tracking system for monitoring the consumption articles. The use quantity data from the plural networked copy machines 10 are supplied to one tracking system for monitoring the stock of consumption articles to be consumed by the network. The automatic or semiautomatic order is applied through a remote mutual communication system. The confirmation of order and the confirmation of scheduled forwarding date and forwarding can be applied from the place of the additional order. This system can monitor stock articles while being especially ordered for one local network.
