<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic telephone questionnaire system which can save the labor and shorten the necessary time for the questionnairing and then can eliminate the dialing mistakes of an operator. CONSTITUTION:The outgoing call is started to a registered telephone number by an automatic outgoing call function (S1). Then a deciding part decides whether the opposite party answered the call or not (S2). If so, a questionnaring message is produced in voices from a rule voice synthesizing part (S3). Then a questionnaire answerer answers the questionnaire questions out of the answer choices by the push-buttons of a PB telephone set. The answer data are stored in a data processing part in a file form (S4). When the questions are throughly through or the opposite party does not answer the call, it is determined whether the next telephone number is available or not (S5). If so, the outgoing call is started to another telephone number and the questionnairing is carried out in the same way.</p> |
