PURPOSE:To provide a corrugated board packing with sufficient compression strength which is easily available for changing its structure in accordance with sizes and quantities of board-like materials to be packed. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular corrugated board is folded double along its breadthwise direction, and thereby spacing pieces 4 are formed. The front end (lower end) of each of the spacing pieces is bent toward the outside and is folded double with its lower end overlapped on its trunk part. Then, a cushioning support unit 1 is fabricated in a shape wherein each of board-like material supporting pieces 5 is attached to the outside on the lower part of each of the spacing pieces. Then, a layered body 10 of the support units is made by laying the cushioning support units one after another, and a fixing cover 20 for fixing the layered structure is fitted from the outside to the lower part of the layered body 10 of the support units. Cushiony support can be provided to the board-like materials as the edges of the board-like materials are put into bottomed slits provided between each of the cushioning support units. |
